Can I change or cancel my order?Updated 2 years ago

It's possible... But once an order is placed, there is no guarantee we will be able to cancel or edit the order before it ships.

If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to address your concern.

If you are reaching out because you have an upcoming automatic refill, we might be able to get to it before it goes out the door, but only if you contact us with enough time to catch the order and stop it. Your best bet is to log in and skip your next refill in your OneBlade account here.

We are a small company made up of a few humans, which means we do rely on a lot of automation and technology to be able to handle the order volume we see daily. The trade-off, in this case, is that our orders ship fast but it's hard to stop them once they are placed.

*Our support team is available Mon-Fri from 9a-5p CST and tickets are addressed in the order they are received, so your response time may vary. 

If your order has been fulfilled before we were able to review and respond to your request, your order will ship as planned and will not be able to be rerouted or canceled. However, we can help you send it back for a refund after it arrives.
